Next-generation privacy – 360° data protectionSince Bitkom’s last Privacy Conference in October 2024, the regulatory landscape has continued to evolve rapidly. From ongoing discussions about the future of the GDPR – does it need an update, and what should that look like? – to the introduction of new digital regulations such as the AI Act and the Data Act, businesses of all sizes must navigate an increasingly complex set of rules. On 10 & 11 September 2025, privacy experts from data protection authorities, international companies, and innovative startups will gather at Bitkom’s Privacy Conference in Berlin.
