eIDAS Summit 2026
Secure and seamless digitalisation of business processes – the key conference for everyone shaping the EUDI ecosystem
Europe is on the verge of a decisive step: with the EUDI Wallet, which must be available in all Member States by the end of 2026 at the latest, a new era of secure digital identities and seamless digital services is beginning. In parallel, the European Business Wallet proposed by the European Commission forms a second central building block for companies, underlining how profoundly digital interactions in both the private and public sectors will change.
The success of this emerging ecosystem will depend heavily on the tangible value that the Wallet delivers in real-life services. This is why the exchange on sector-specific use cases is moving to the forefront: Where does real added value emerge? How can existing processes be integrated? And which technical, organisational, and regulatory requirements must be met?
The eIDAS Summit 2026 brings together the key actors of the developing EUDI ecosystem – from technical experts to policymakers and public administrations, as well as companies that integrate digital identities into their services or develop their own solutions. The conference offers guidance on the state of implementation, insights from pilot projects, and perspectives for the crucial months leading up to the Europe-wide launch.
The first conference day, on 28 April 2026, will take place exclusively on site at the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg in Berlin and will focus on national implementation as well as the specific requirements and opportunities in Germany.
On 29 April 2026, the conference will continue online in English – with a focus on European developments, international perspectives, and exchange with partners from across Europe.
Join us and shape the future of digital identities in Europe!
