Sales Engineer - Switzerland/Austria

Genetec is currently seeking a Sales Engineer (SE) to cover Switzerland and Austria and to participate in supporting the wider EMEA Region. The position is home based in Switzerland and the applicant would ideally live within close proximity to good road, rail and air links as regular travel is expected (60% of the time). The Sales Engineer will report to the Sales Engineering Manager Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain an extensive working knowledge of Genetec's software and hardware solutions - Define product and functional requirements based on customer and partner requirements - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners - Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations - Support sales team in responding to RFP’s - Work with Technical Support team to assure a smooth transition from pre-sales to the post-sales implementation environment - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and seminars - Create white papers and application notes on Genetec’s software solutions - Provide technical feedback from the field to Product Management - German fluent, English at business standard - French at business standard would be a very strong asset More information: https://apply.workable.com/genetec-inc/j/A56D8BC91F/
