Do you want to help shape the digital office in companies in Germany and actively promote the digitalization of business processes? Are you familiar with relevant products, concepts, and technologies from these areas? Are you interested in picking up on new trends and discussing them with experts from our member companies, evaluating them, and bringing them to the public? Your tasks: You will be in charge of our Digital Office competence area. You prepare topics for internal and external communication on the digital office and the digitalization of business processes, including organizational resources (ERP), active customer relationship management (CRM), and the development, management, and provision of business-relevant documents and content (ECM). You design and moderate conferences, working groups, and other innovative formats on relevant topics. You represent the interests of our members externally and intensify contacts with politics, science, and the media. You create publications such as studies, guidelines, discussion papers, and statements together with the member companies. You support us in our press work. Your profile: You are enthusiastic about the digitalization and automation of processes and want to help shape the digitalization of the economy. You work on your own initiative and have a hands-on mentality, which you have ideally already demonstrated in process digitization. You have an above-average university degree in a relevant subject, e.g. in information, political, economic, or social sciences. You enjoy networking and quickly establish contacts with personalities in politics and the digital economy through your open manner. You communicate confidently in German and English.
