Devctrl is a Hamburg based B2B SaaS platform that lets companies use autonoms AI agents safely and prove it. The product has two halves. In the Console, Compliance Officers write policies in plain language, decide which tools and systems agents may connect to, and see a full, tamper evident realtime audit trail of every run. In the Assistant, employees describe a task in their own words and the agent gets to work, pausing for approval whenever something sensitive comes up, such as a large payment or an external recipient. What works well can be saved as a playbook that runs the same way every time, on a schedule or on demand, watched or unattended. Every action is checked against the relevant policy the moment it happens, not only beforehand, and each agent acts under the identity of the person it works for, never a shared account. Built for European compliance requirements, including EU AI Act Article 12 logging, DORA, ISO 42001, and GDPR data minimization.
