What you can expect:
• Set up and configure Adobe Analytics using Ensighten or Google Tag Manager as well as implementation of comprehensive tracking solutions.
• Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) and tracking concepts.
• Analyze web data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Close collaboration with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Utilize advanced JavaScript knowledge to customize and enhance analytics implementations.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' website architecture, business model, and online marketing strategy.
• Lead discussions and manage expectations with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize Adobe Target, Adobe SDK, and headless tracking implementations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in web analytics and online marketing.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional, high-quality support.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
This is what you bring along:
• University degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in web analytics or a related field as well as extensive hands-on experience with Ensighten for setting up Adobe Analytics.
• Proven experience in creating SDD and tracking concepts as well as in implementing tracking solutions.
• Strong understanding of online marketing, tools, and technology as well as willingness to develop a deep understanding of clients' website architecture, business model, and online marketing strategy.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and web protocols.
• Enthusiasm for identifying and understanding customer needs in order to derive customized solutions.
• Strong service orientation, experience in stakeholder management, consulting, and leading discussions.
• Fluent (C1+) in English and German, both written and spoken.
